I have a question for Caro Kann players that play the Tartakower variation

Why do they play that over Karpov variation? Tartakower gets them doubled f pawns (means kingside Majority in endgame doesn't matter) And white has a Queenside Majority for endgames later on

White gets more space and is structurally better

What's the point of playing it?
