An "easy" fix maybe is just to make sure all your pieces are defended before making an attacking move so you don't leave any behind

With -50 and +25 , It's not like bad , It's decent but you risk losing like -9 in quite a good amount of your games since players you might play against are gonna be lower rated than you .
