To grow elo i reccomend to study the opening deeply, focus on system openings that leave the white/black with limited lines, study middle games and endgame plans, work on tactics via puzzels #💬〡improvement-talk is an amazing channel to get better, for sites outside of chess.com i reccomend, lichess studies, yt, chessable and chessly, i like hanging pawns on yt, do any of these or all and im sure you are gonna go up a few hundred in no time, good luck !
