Gambits usually lose 1 pawn and try to get other pieces developed on board faster

If you've played mostly long games and then practice in blitz you already have a baseline calculation ability, then you can train trying to calculate quicker since you're forced to, or just player worse moves but you can still play best moves in a short amount of time, short amount of time doesnt mean no time to calculate.
