Id say the main issue is that his empathy was centrally driven, he often felt like he had ownership of the kid. Very much an egocentric viewpoint of the people. Like with trinity it wasn't so much he lost her, it was that he took what was his....etc. but yet again if I'm wrong he'd still technically he'd probably lean sociopath but thats mostly due to the fact of possible emotional development, but I think he'd possibly be functioning psychopath just because most of his emotions in one way or another are centered to him, while also being harsh on a code of conduct. + exhibits anti authority/systematic thinking. Which is a large indicator of psychopathy aswell.
