In order to solve the cheating problem, we download a separate 'google' basically, that only allows you to play an ACTIVE chess game while in the tab and do nothing else. So the idea is that everyone who is using it you'd guarantee an environment thats almost free of cheaters. (The top players also have to scan a 2nd device, like their phones or a second computer too, but that wouldnt be part of it)

The only thing I could maybe give you is that, when you look at the board before white makes a move, the moves ranked in order from #1 best to #20 best MAY not have been perfectly solved yet. I think, with enough depth , and enough time of the engine running, you will get a VERY good idea within the 90th percentile. but maybe in time, this will be slightly more accurate.

But mathematically, stockfish will be able to calculate everything from e4 (and every move in between) to the end of any game, and d4 (and everything in between) to the end of any game, and tell you, why d4 or e4 is slightly slightly better in terms of centipawn evaluation.

They have different dev builds of stockfish that they test all the time, they adjust the way centipawns are evaluated, and sometimes versions are stronger than others. It's sortof a blackbox thing, we as humans dont know why thats why they have so many iterations
