Ideally you want an advantage over your opponent so if you can always “focus on checkmating your opponents king”, if you can’t you can always “better your worst piece” and the very last minor since you’ll race to the seventh or second so you’ll need to claim the open files before the last minor trade. Once both rooks are on the seventh or second it’s called “pigs on the seventh” since it blocks opponents kings movement and the opponents rooks are blocked in defending their weak “backward pawns”

1600 blitz 2500 bullet is unheard of

If you are 2500 bullet you should be 2200 blitz at least

No matter how dedicated/ focussed you are in one mode compared to another, your rating in each mode is still driven by an underlying base chess skill, which applies to all modes. Due to this base chess skill being the MAIN factor in determining your ratings, rather than skills specific to one mode, or effort applied to one mode, it should be impossible for such ratings differences as 1600 and 2500 to occur
