Do you understand what the dimensions marked on the drawing mean?
@maiden folio kinda
Alright, lets start with this hole - it is supposed to be 1 inch from the left side (as the orientation is shown in this picture). Your picture has some dimensions cut off; but I’m assuming these holes are going to be used to secure a board that is 3/4” thick. If that is the case, you want them centered on that, or 3/8” from the bottom edge.
To locate that hole, draw a vertical line 1” away from the left edge and a horizontal line 3/8” away from the bottom edge. Where those two lines intersect, use an 11/64” drill bit to make a hole.
Ohh i understand now, just a quesion
So should I just randomly dig a hole, or there’s a measure, for the below thing like the width
this the full pic we be making a tool box
A little bit to the right in the picture (above if you're looking at the paper) the red circled area there's a mark that says ' 11/64" Drill 4 Holes ' so that tells you the holes are 11/64" diameter.
so by assuming it right? U don’t need to measure when doing “a little bit to the right”
also with a screw i hit it a little deep first, and rhen use the machine to dig the hole all the way in(
I was referring to where on the page the diameter label is. See the green
It doesn't actually appear to be marked how far from the sides the holes are to be drilled. Might want to check with your dad or maybe I'm missing something
i saw my friends just doing 2 holes at rhe 1 inch thing, and 2 holes at the 3 1/2 one
I assume it just a random right dig in so Ill ask some friends cuz dad is rlly busy lol
it does
center of the side board
That's what the C means there?
yes, center line
so middle of 1 inch
