RM2 Cloud sync failure - 3.11.2.5

Hi all !

I've been using official cloud sync for nearly two years now, without issue. Since 2 days, my remarkable 2 tablet is no longer able to sync. Documents uploaded through the windows app do appear in the android app, but never reach the tablet. "Check sync" in settings mentions an issue (with no error code). Sync triggers automatically, but the completion bar stays empty and disappear as if sync had finished, except it didn't started.

I do not want to update my tablet, since I'm using rm-hacks. Remarkable support told me to updat before telling me sync wouldn't work with outdated software.

Am-I the only one having this issue with 3.11.2.5 ?

According to https://support.remarkable.com/s/article/Tech-bulletins everything newer than 3.9.5 should be able to sync. My rM1 with 3.10.2 and rM Hacks syncs just fine.
