Good morning, I have several problems with my Remarkable 2 appeared all together.
I make the following prefaces:

  1. I live in a place with UTC+1 and the device is set to UTC+0
  2. I have already returned the device for the same problem and despite this is new (two weeks old) it has reappeared
  3. the device is updated to version 3.16.0.63 both stable and beta
  4. the device is fully functional without any physical damage, the same applies to the original cable
  5. I tried to perform the hard reset and the synchronization control as well as set the clock manually from the device settings without effects
  6. the battery toggle was disabled and the device was kept 1h connected via usb to the pc both under the same Wi-Fi but I did not solve anything

The problems I need help with are:

  1. battery in continuous discharge
  2. device internal clock not synchronized with my zone (currently UTC+1 while the device is on UTC+0)
  3. usb interface not working, the toggle is not activated and ssh connection (ssh [email protected]) from as answer: connection timed out

Thanks to help me

If it's not charging when connected, there is something wrong with the connection. If it's not the cable or the computers usb port, that leaves the devices usb c port.

when I connect it to the power line appears the lightning next to the battery icon so I do not think it is a physical damage because it has always been inside a cover
