What exactly do you mean by manage here?
If you are installing entware packages with toltec, you still use opkg to install and remove them
what about just installing binaries? install in opt/bin? install in ~/.local/bin and add to PATH?
~/.local/bin is already on your path if you installed toltec
chill to add shit there without disturbing toltec?
Yes, as long as it isn't overriding the name of a command something else is using, and doesn't provide the same interface
So just like any other linux system
