On left clicked, after breaking a crop, it instantly replants. We have too many people either not following the tutorial, or intentionally trying to just grief.

After someone chops the first block at the bottom of the tree you planted (or first four for large trees) it immediately replants there.
The only one who should be able to farm a place out that they planted is the original person who planted these things. This will end griefing of forests we plant, and farms we build.
This is actually realistic because in real life if you don't remove all traces of old plant life from your soil, it'll regrow (or attempt to regrow) even without your care. This goes for trees too.
Maybe, as a bonus, we can be able to see who planted the tree initially so we can try to contact the owner of the tree to ask if it can be removed so someone can build a house there.
Another reason this is a good idea is for property protection. People have a lower likelihood of griefing your property/lawn/house with some god awful cobble cube house if you have trees that can't be fully removed and farms that can't be removed except by you.
I think the only hard thing to implement is a way to see who the original planter was.
So in conclusion, it removes three kinds of griefing, which causes less player distress, and mods not having to intervene so much with these issues.
