I mean what made you guys want to join the build team? How did you even find out about the build team?
If the channel was underused there probably isn't much point in bringing it back, but i'm sure there is other ways we could promote the build team pepothink And it's probably easiest to do by looking at what interested you guys

I think it was the build teaching event that profLucus hosted a while back and I used build discussion for improving my skills by asking for feedback and such

Right but the event and the lesson as such is what inspired you? So that's good, so maybe you guys could do more events

And then getting feedback from builders was helpful for developing those skills so maybe the channel does have some purpose

There's quite a bit of work that has to go into prepping them and also making event scenarios where everyone can easily get involved so it takes away from builders being able to focus on their own projects and I think that's why there has been less

#

But they are really good fun and I know a lot of the community enjoy getting involved

Well why don't you ask the rest of the build team as well, about how they got into building/joining the build team? You could even make a poll if you wanna be real fancy about it

But by looking at the source of the reasons that made you guys join might help give ideas about how you can outreach that to more players?

My application was just a village with dozen of houses with interiors and a wall, it's still somewhere around freebuild :D

Just as another note, though obviously I know Ido is on the quiet at the moment tho hopefully that will change when you guys are closer to finishing, but honestly just showcasing what you guys have been up to more might help promote building on the server?

I spoke to Offz, Effey and A4 about it I think and just were on about like recording more videos to showcase stuff or you know even posting pics
