but still two songs with electronic elements. if they were more dominant in venom, the song would be up there. i just love that this wavy synth carries throughout the whole song in antimatter. i love witch house and wave. need more of this in metal!

Okay, wow.... I dont really want to say anything yet, I need to take this in and give it a few more listens. First impression is really good, tho it´s hard to reach the sky high expectations I had.... Very good, insanely good, final verdict will be postponed to three or four more listens

That's exaxtly it, Iridescent has such a high standard to me - it's the first album release I actively anticipated, the first release I skipped singles for a better experience and then it was so good that I listened multiple times everyday for weeks.
Maybe Superbloom will get there too, currently finishing my second listen and loving it more than before but it's no instant love for me. Instant banger and insanely good, but not instant love
Also it's just really fucking hard to one up the singles because they were straight fire
