Once it starts to feel unhealthy, step back because it's probably best to just take it easy after you start feeling that way

After about 5 years, it usually takes about an hour before I feel fatigued. With false chord, sometimes less depending on what I'm doing.

The most important thing is to stay hydrated. It helps big time.
