So from the log, you do have a few issues concerning the installation of compatibility patches for mods you do even have installed. For example, the Thanes Lives mod has patches for CEM-Full, CEM-Lite, TEB, and LE3DP, but none of those mods are installed in the game. Also, Dreams Remade has the PV patch installed, but PV itself is not installed.
With that said, nothing stands out as to why you are experiencing an infinite loading screen at Benning. You should post a save point here. Perhaps the issue lays with that.
