This was a big discussion with Haas x Ferrari as the Haas factory is close to the Ferrari garage so when Haas had similiar design language people obv complained they just talked to Ferrari. But in the end the FIA cannot realistically control what happens if 2 Engineers from other teams happen to get coffee and maybe engineer 1 slips something engineer 2 could use
