I looted a piece of Radiant Blood Armor and the mana wa 72/72 and the cost was 1 per 15 seconds. I will check the CH also.

I think you had wrong armor selected when you did get info. This is the Helm of Perfect Light.

I dont have a Helm of Pefect light. I saved it also just in case I misidentified it.

Ummm I was wrong somehow I was. I don't have a helm of perfect light. But when I redid the ID it shows as what should be, but no mana but has a cost of 1 per 20 seconds and the melee still shows 72/72 with a cost of 1 per 15 seconds.
