It's formal, the colors go together very well and as do the garments you chose, it has good contrast, and it's warm enough to stand the winter season. I can tell you put care into both the colors and specific pieces of clothing you chose, I only have one small tiny gripe and it's that the colors don't go well with your characters skin tone.
