Well you can find the advanced camera in a general store or your catalogue, it gives you filters, self photos, and poses

It costs 500 dollars though

But it's worth it

Don't worry about those that complain. All black outfits are not uncommon throughout history. Also plenty of people wear coats and longer clothing in warmer climates as nights in those can be particularly cold and for protection from sun. Regardless if it's a game or real life, people will wear whatever they please.
