As for the body type before you use it only a few outfits would work with it other wise because of rockstars laziness the clothing doesn’t match your actual figure but the brawny default and overt weight styles you’ll look like a bolder in a coat or vest and for some odd reason putting pants on makes shirts puff out more it took time and money to find good clothing buuuut long story short Brawny size but underweight is what you want anything else would make you huge looking

Basically, you have to equip the garment then modify it and set the hood to down. Then, equip wherever coat you want, or no coat. (I recommend saving the outfit after this) Close the wardrobe menu and go to your horse and equip another outfit, then go back to custom and bam, you have just the animal head on

So whenever you fast travel, just equip the saved outfit again from your horse
