Ok so Imma: make the nose longer and slightly thinner (but still wide), move the eyes inward more, make the forehead (brow area) wider, move the jaw up a little but keep the width of the jaw, and make the cheekbones a little more pronounced.

Im going for a Dutch that looks like the rdr2 Dutch, but still maintains resemblance to the original, so the age will be in between.

I think I'll keep the current age of around 45-51
