use cigarretes until you have a red stamina core which is at 0 percent, save at 10:00AM, jump off a cliff, will spawn outside camp (use more cigarretes cuz the stamina core regens a bit), go back to camp, pearson should be drinking beer while whistling and slicing stuff, greet him, then you'll get the request (if he's not drinking beer while whistling and slicing stuff, reload that save and do it all again)

its better to do it early game cuz sadie wont be helping pearson in the cooking (sadie pretty much always spawn slicing stuff in mid or late chapter 2)
