if you have, then there's not much to do, unless you're lucky enough to have saved it before doing that mission, in that case: replay the save, do the mission, and you'll get the wittmore outfit which removes the satchel

though don't save the outfit, just leave it there, it will always be in your horse

don't wear it from the horse either

from both ways you'll get the satchel back after rejoining the game

just leave it there, then, create the outfit you want or use one of Arthur's outfits, then look at the Wittmore outfit and then the satchel will disappear
