Would you guys say waiting out the legendary bounties or just rocketing through them one after the other ASAP is best for a gold farm? Trying to save up some gold for a horse but the grind is real

Legendary bounties have a long cooldown, so you wouldn't be able to rocket through them with any efficiency. Either way, if you want maximum efficiency as far as rewards go, wait out the timer. It's 30 mins for max rewards on a legendary bounty, so when the mission starts, set a timer for thirty minutes (reset the timer if you have to restart at any point -- the mission time goes back to 0 whenever this happens).

optimal time for gold if you're doing missions on repeat is 12 minutes from mission start iirc. for money i think its about 10 but i usually put in the extra 2 minutes for a little extra gold

So who ever leveled the most even before buying the pass will be ahead, when you buy it doesn't matter. It just matters who played the longest time in that season

Weird. RDO is known to have some strange issues sometimes though. Plus you're on PC, so modders at play is always a possibility.

Collector gets cash but is a boring grind because you have to go all over the map collecting stuff

Naturalist however fills the trader materials really quickly by giving Cripps legendary animal pelts from Harriet's missions. And since there's a 1.5× bonus on trader ($937 per 100goods) it's a good investment to grind it out with Naturalist until the weekly bonus ends.

That's the collector role yeah that can get you a ton of money by collecting. Just use the collector map to find them and collect sets and sell em to Nazar.

I suggest getting the sets that are certain: eggs, tarot cards, alc bottles, family heirlooms and flowers.

Should be around 3-4K in a couple of hours if you do those

I was hunting just skinned a boar and suddenly a panther attacked me out of nowhere, it wasn't there, i killed it, then it was raining dead panthers around me... Then a naked lady spawned and attacked me melee i killed her and more dead panthers... Either my game is haunted or crashed somehow

How it works? well, it takes 50 times longer to load, but eventually does start, when playing the render/textures loads extremely slowly, and all the menus.

We did try a few other games now aswell, they act the same. So atleast its not a RDO only issue any more.. Is hardware och software i guess.

Other games installed on same SSD were affected aswell, after a very long time moving a smaller game to another drive, that game worked fine again.

Am now re-installing RDO on another drive aswell, hopefully this works.

Daily challenges a halfed now but it's still a good way to get gold
There's a pinned message in #rdo-chat that shows the most gold you can get per month

You can collect cards, flowers, alc bottles and family heirlooms using the collector online map pinned in #collector to get xp

Even if you don't have the collector role you can pick them up and get the xp

I wouldn't advise getting the collector role as your first role
Get the bounty hunter role. The BH role is the only profession that rewards you with gold in the bounty missions. Have a look at #713479774718394398 as a guide since you're a beginner @honest atlas

You’ll get bonding with that specific horse so it’ll become better, once you have one of the roles like bounty hunter, you can spare your money and buy one of the rank 20 horses of one of the roles. There ain’t much of a difference between those and they are great to use
