@minor saddle Its stupid, but the fix for that is to load into Elimination Series from the main menu, then after you load in, exit to Free Roam, then you should be able to change appearance without an infinite loading screen

Good tip..if you see some people do bounty hunting and stay in front of sheriff office or prison wagon just holding their bounties.. thats because the longer you do the bounty mission, the bigger the reward is, so most people wait the timer until it hits < 30 second then turn it in for max reward

#

if you do it too fast u usually only get .1 or .08 gold, but waiting til last 30 sec usually gives .3 or somewhere around that

Only way I’ve found around the animal spawn problem is starting bounties until I get black screened at the start of one. That means you’re being placed in a session alone or with your posse if you’re in one. The spawns will work like they should if that happens. Then just hunt and ignore the bounty until the clock runs out. This can work on some missions as well. Note: It only works for so long. After players get dropped in the session the spawns will disappear shortly after and you’ll need to do it again.

Has anyone had this happen before? I was invited to someone's mission (?) I think, it was called [NAME YOUR WEAPON] and it failed to connect, and the first time I respawned I was exploded, and whenever i respawned either a grizzly or 12 cougars spawned to kill me. and it said I was killing people so I signed out quickly before weirder stuff started happening. probably the work of a hacker right? I hope i'm not in trouble lmao

I had alot of 0X20010006 0X20010004 0X20040000 error when playing with my partner, we have pc next to eachother, fixed it by changing the router to Bridge mode so we each get a unique IP, after that no more error and we can join session and play together without problem 😊

Weapon wheel, should be on the bottom left side if you flip through it one of those should be the lasso or bolas. (if it's the Bolas you first have to buy them for $30 each and you can carry 3)

Fix for 0x20010006 on Windows 10:
Go to Start Menu, and search "Control Panel". Now, click "Network and Internet". Then, click "Network and Sharing Center". Now, on the left of the window, you should see "Change Adapter Settings". Now, right click your network adapter and select properties. Then, click configure (at the sorta top right). Now click on the Power Management tab. Disable "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". You did it (hopefully)!

Yeah you get the paint it black ability card and then activate dead eye and aim around peoples heads and then it helps you get headshots. Its not necessary once you've played the game for a bit but newer players may find it helpful

@distant escarp to enable defensive mode you must go to the player menu (left d-pad, N)and then go all the way to online settings on the bottom, and you can switch from offensive to defensive. You can still be killed though, but they won't lock into you as a target

@calm chasm The timer left on the countdown timer is irrelevant since its highly unpredictable and depends on the mission. Bounties (and in fact almost all missions) pay out based on how long the mission took right from the start. Payouts increase every 3 minutes of mission duration. There is a pin with the actual data in #bounty-hunter .

The most efficient is to end the missions after 12 minutes have elapsed since the start as the payout increase halves from that point onwards.

Sadly not, If you don't have a role yet I'd say do online story missions first
After that I'd go for some gold so you can start getting the roles
Stranger missions can give gold I think, Rescuing random people can give gold, Daily objectives.

And get bountyhunter first because thats the only role that Earns gold

Hey guys. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix the bounty hunter role for me? I did a lot of Googling and a lot of other people are affected as well. I have the bounty hunter license, but when I finish a bounty it only gives me gold nuggets but no exp for the role or rewards besides the nuggs. I opened a ticket with R* and they told me to delete my local profile, but that didn't help. I opened a ticket like 30+ days ago before I got a response so I am reaching out to the community to see if anyone has any suggestions.
