Strange glitch, some sessions don’t load in NPC’s or Animals, just keep switching sessions until you get one that works.

For trader, I’d suggest putting your camp in gaptooth ridge, for deliveries, Great Plains for hunting. To switch sessions, Pause the game, go to Online, and then choose free roam.

I've recently noticed that spawning in my hunting wagon will not spawn it, and will prevent me from doing certain actions. The only solution is to leave the session and try again, but then I lose my perfect carcasses/pelts.

I think it has something to do with the new update, but idk.

So the issue with the stables, I started dismissing my horse before entering the stable and it seems to help. Your character may still stand in the middle of stable, but if you wait a minute you'll interact with the stableman and the menu will appear.

Bounty hunter and dailies. Also suggest doing the double money and gold telegram missions. Rich pickings, Outrider and a one horse ordeal is the 3 I’m sure are but you can try any telegram missions. Also, make sure you stay 12 mins or more in every mission since you get paid more gold and money the longer you take.

Try fleeing your horse before entering the stable. If that also does not work just restart the game and enter a stable before ever calling your horse. The 2nd way has never failed me but the first option has been 50/50 for me

Help! After removing the Rampage Trainer my game now runs at 8 fps. It's Unplayable. I Uninstalled the game and downloaded it again but still have the same problem. When i go to graphics and choose the auto graphics it puts everything on low. Even when I choose "Favor Graphics" it still puts everything on low and STILL runs on 8 frames per second. @calm chasm the most simple answer is that it is an ongoing glitch right now and there is nothing we can do about it. One way to bypass this glitch is fleeing your horse and walking into the stables. Also the stable in Saint Denis has worked just fine for me without having to flee my horse. The most glitchy stable is Valentine

I would suggest getting the collector role, very easy to get xp from but it gets boring when you grind it. Collect bottles/cards/flowers and you should get xp for both collecting the items and selling the sets once you’re done with collecting the sets. Do the online story missions as they give you a good amount of xp gold and money if you have not already done them.

i have been with alot of problems in my recently installed rdr2 on my pc

the game is working but the thing is,menus,actions [greeting or beating,robbing,examening] stops working i cant use them. The satchel menu [B] also doesnt work,i have lowered my settings and the thing continues,i havent been missing textures because i changed the API from vulkan to directx12,im currently in a 16 gb ram pc

You can just buy online if you dont care for the story mode

Trader, if your starting off i recommend doing all story missions remember when you think you have finished change your honor to the opposite side to unlock more then buy bounty hunter

And bounty is the only role for gold

And trader is good cash!

In rdo you pay stable and camp upkeep fees they both cost 2 dollars and happen every so often and the bounty could have been npcs trying to ride past but your standing in the way classed as "antagonisation"

it all depends on what you're hunting, some animals can only be killed with a varmint rifle/bow (bow with small game arrows, etc) to get perfect pelts

for smaller animals you just can't use repeaters, shotguns, rifles and revolvers

Its 20 gold, you have to read a letter from Cripps that you might have to get from a post office, than go to the mission marker for it at the general store in Armadillo than go to camp, open wilderness outfitters and buy the butcher table, also you unlock the moonshiner role by doing trader sale runs and get a letter for that

This is more rdr in general but i still need help So ive been trying for months and i finally decided to ask for help. When i click play on steam or start it with the icon on my home screen it always just loads on the Rockstar launcher nothing happens past that and if i start it on the Rockstar launcher it says im playing but nothing happens i have no clue why this is happening my only idea is that my rpf files are set to load from internet explorer the other options i have for that are Notepad, Wordpad, Gimp, Opera GX, Paint, and Windows media player.
I have tried re downloading rdr about 3 times Deleting all my files and re downloading rdr about 2 times i have checked my file integrity i entirely forgot about the issue for months redownloaded rdr and still doesnt work i left it to load for about 8 hours still nothing If needed i can post pictures of my files.

In order to get the next mission you have to wait a few minutes for the new mission to pop up in your map then look for a yellow/golden circle around your map that have story missions instead of hitting replay or re loading “Right side of the track” mission in the progress “story” page.
