I usually waits at the start about 6 minutes then start going to the place, because then the timer to catch them starts, so I can drag on the time to 12 minutes

payout timer starts as soon as mission begins, but the timer that will fail you starts as soon as you get to the place, or unless you waited out way too long like 15 minutes then it will just show up saying like you have 30 seconds left

Be sure your connection is stable on Opportunity missions (on the second tab of blood money). Once you starting the mission your Capitale will be burned. It will be pity to loose connection / quit by yourself.
However if you die on mission you can restart last checkpoint lots of times (no additional Capitale needed).

Trader is pretty good starting from profession lvl 11+ (perfect carcass gives you 125% materials). And strongly recommended a party member (for long routes sales).
However there is no bonus for trading in this month.

Basically, try to get gold. You can look up easy ways of getting it but I don't want to get all in-depth with gold

Once you get 15 gold and watch a short cutscene, you can unlock a Role. A role is a sort of job you can do in the game to earn more money (and in the case of the bounty hunter, more gold)
You can level up these roles by doing their associated tasks, such as turning in a bounty as a bounty hunter or selling moonshine as a moonshiner.

Getting xp to level up roles will unlock more things as your rank goes up (such as the ability to duck on your horse), and you will get role tokens.

Role tokens can be used to unlock things in that associated role's shop, such as a special saddle that can only be bought if you have the bounty hunter role. You can check #713479774718394398 to try and learn more about other mechanics, but I just went over the basics of making money and roles

you'd need to kill like over 400 enemies on your own while also never dying
