I usually press camp since I can just fast travel to where I wanna go after

if you press free roam it'll teleport you nearby the area you were on the last session

I just hate how almost all of them will put you into a private session or give you a loading screen

it's like a mini legendary bounty but with multiple stages since infamous usually have 4-6 people and infamous usually splits it into 1-2 at a time

I never do them personally, feels like a waste of time from my usual rotation with the other roles

it adds 10 levels too, so it extends the list of items

new weapon variants, horses, etc. iirc

just aim for the head or vital organ, and use rifle/varmint/bow depending if its a large/bird/small

you can also aim at the animal and press Q to know the best weapon to use to cleanly kill that specific animal

When a hostile animal launches attack, you don't even have the time to aim for the head/heart
also somehow tried to hunt a panther (result, 3 star degraded to 1 star with 3 deaths), somehow can't see red spots when using dead eye

if ur against cougar/panther, just keep your distance so you can get their head

otherwise you don't have much other option other than getting ontop of a rock and waiting for the perfect moment to hit their head with your rifle

if the rock is high enough, they will just look at you and circle the rock, waiting for you to get down

if we are talking something bigger like a grizzly though, a rock won't save you nor will a headshot, you have to hit a vital, since most of the time they will survive the headshot and linger down to the floor, and unless that headshot was a 1 shot, he will be damaged

can also use a bow if you don't trust yourself to hit the panther's head while being so zoomed in

If you're new, a really good way to get gold is either daily challenges (do at least 1 a day to get your streak), stranger missions (wait until the last minute to turn it in for max rewards, which is pretty dumb imo), treasure maps (if you have some) and story missions

Also, once you get the bounty hunter role, try and do bounties in New Austin or West Elizabeth. Places like Valentine suck with bounties cause sometimes they spawn them up in the mountains

Oh! Another bounty hunter thing. There's a glitch in the game where after you turn in a bounty, your guns on your back are drooping. The game still thinks you're carrying a body. It's not a game breaking glitch, but it sucks to look at. An easy way to fix it is to just pick something up, like an animal or an NPC, even small animals like rabbits can fix it. That's how I usually do it.

If the bounty and their crew is standing around on the floor, either the bounty flees or the people are more spread out, meaning I can use the minimap to tell who's the bounty and try not to kill him.
If the bounty is on a wagon, I can't tell which of the two wagon drivers is the bounty (too close to see clearly on minimap)
Maybe I'm supposed to go up close to the wagon, drag the people off to see who's the bounty??

Slow and Steady, Fool Me Once, Sharpshooter, Iron Lung.
Carcano with normal ammo, express strictly for juggernauts.
Semi Auto Shotgun with normal shells, you can push juggernauts down on the floor then blast them with the shotgun and repeat until they die.
Dual Navy Revolvers for backup in case I run out of rifle/shotgun ammo.

I usually stick to roofs, unless I'm forced to kill a juggernaut or if I can't hit the last few enemies, if you know the layout of the town well you can guess from where enemies will climb the roofs from and then protect those ladders if you are getting surrounded. I prioritize the war wagons and snipers, then normal units and juggernauts for last, and I don't care about the allies. I also always completely clean all my guns and stock up on T2 and T3 healing tonics before entering CtA since when you are inside CtA the gun's durability never drains down. I only use SaS when I am cornered or if I'm being shot by a war wagon, as for my other three cards, they are there to turn me into a tank since with carcano+sharp you can still 1 shot enemies at optimal range from torso.

Trader is $625 a large wagon which takes roughly 4 hours to put together (without trade route).
Moonshine is roughly $224 per Berry Cobbler every 45 mins…

but even then, when I'm not fighting players or in CtA, I use volcs because of the BH skin

I use a scoped rifle when fighting in an open-ish area, and use handgun ONLY when the area is small like on a train, or when I need to quickly shoot someone

I use carcano everywhere

almost never use my secondaries and my semi auto shotgun if at point blank range

And I'm not sure what's the general difference between revolvers and pistols, I just use whatever that happens to be on my hotbar

pistols having faster reload and mag size in exchange of lower total ammo cap

because they use a seperate ammo

and of course the difference in fire rate
