Collector is very solid for both xp and $$ but can be a bit slow for the $$ since the money comes from selling sets

Naturalist has some very useful things in it with the tonics but it can be slow to level, pretty weak $$ compared to Collector or BH. Can also hunt legendary animals in free roam or through Harriet at naturalist 5+
