when the target was running away, the other enemies keep spooking my horse and it took me 2 solid minutes before I can mount and chase, and the target is already miles away

a smart strategy is using one of their horses or casually ''finding'' one and putting one of the targets on that horse, then putting another target on your own horse

sadly this will work against you if you don't have a reinforced lasso, since they are smart enough to realize that you are not near them and the bounty target on your house will seemingly break out faster than the target on the horse you are one.

but it works nonetheless if you pay attention

the best option though is simply not doing multiple target until you get the wagon, or recruit a mercenary to help you out, personally I did the former back when I started.

If you don't have a bounty wagon your options are really just lasso them all and deliver them one by one and pray they don't run or deliver one alive, kill the rest.
What I like to do for two targets is kill one, lasso the living one and put him on my horse then get on my horse and drag the dead one with a lasso

also sometimes when you drag a bounty with a lasso they'll get kbocked out for good but not dead so you can deliver the other living one first then come back for the knocked out guy
