All the difficulty does is slightly change their health and how much damage you do. Once you know paths and such, yes, they're very easy.

A friend of mine bought 2 for dual wielding and he kicks ass with them. It all depends on your play style. I use lemat revolver and sawnoff shotgun

I switch between them, the volcanic pistols, and the navy revolvers. The Mausers are really good for close quarters pvp but not so much for npc's, I'd just use the volcanic if your going for a good mix

always. Reinforced lassos last and can hold bounties longer than normal ones, but it doesn't keep them permanently. The only way to absolutely 100% ensure your bounty won't escape is by using a bounty wagon
