None as far I as know. My friend is rank 15 and was able to purchase the horse. Need to be rank 35 for the saddle though
But ranking up isn't difficult

Ya it's a lot of money in the beginning but it's definitely worth is cause it's on sale right now. A good horse for a beginner.
A lot of players love the Arabian but I think it's hyped too much. Felt like I was riding a pony everywhere and it freaks out all the time. There's better horses.
