If you have a lot of free time and patience, I would also pick up the Collector role. Takes a lot of time but you get a really nice payout! Moonshine has some nice horses that you get from it and it's own quest line if you're into that but payout isn't the best imo

If you do ever want to pick it up, collecting can take roughly 4-6 hours to complete (if you don't get distracted) so that's not going to be everyone's first pick. springfield has a nice high damage threshhold but lacks the range and is limited to a medium scope. Bolt Action is good for a bit of everything, same limitations as the springfield. Both the spring and the bolt can still Unscope and use Deadeye

But when you use a Carcano, you won't be hunting with any thing else

Unless you want to Bow.

Get it lvl 5 so you get legendary animal missions, and donate carcas to fill your trader 🙌🏻

You get 3 legendary animal mission every 45 mins or so < easy way to fill wagon etc
