Cool down is for everyone who played it. If you play one regardless of switching your posse after you have to wait 45 minutes.

If your new then I suggest these things.
Use your phone. Create a social club account and link it to your game profile. Then setup 2 step verification and in 24-48 Hours you’ll receive 10 GOLD in RDR2O and $500K in GTA5O.
Bounty Hunter is the best role to earn gold so start there.
You obtain a treasure map every 5 levels. Do them. The rewards vary between around 0.40-2 Gold and $50-$200 that’s a estimate and it being that high is rare sometimes.
If you see anyone doing deliveries in this discord tag along and join them because deliveries are doubled this month and you’ll get $600 each time.
Every now and Then you’ll get a buckle for completing a challenge like getting 1000 kills, you can reset the buckle and be given 0.40 gold.

Do Atleast 1 daily challenge a day to keep your streak up.
Play call to arms with people. It’s a survival mode where you need to outlast 10 waves of enemies, it’s currently double money and XP right now aswell. If you get to wave 6 and have a good bit of kills around 100 or so you get around 0.48 gold. If you get to wave 10 which is hard if you don’t have the right people you can sometimes get a full gold bar

Also some extra tips, if you want a good horse I suggest the Missouri Fox Trotter. It’s normally level locked to 58 but they added new Colors that are for some reason not level locked and the price is marked down from from $1175 to $675 for the rest of the month I think

There are tailors in some locations. Clothes can also be purchased in general stores but ONLY if that town doesn’t have a tailor. Clothes can also be quite expensive and some of the better items are level locked.

They really should let you do them solo, they're mostly easy anyway, especially since not many people do them anymore.
