Prestigious gives you access to legendary bounties and infamous bounties, you have to pay extra 10 gold bars to have the prestigious one and it gives you 10 extra tiers of progress in the role.
If you can afford it, go for the prestigious because it’s on sale right now and gives a lot more content and it’s way more profitable than the regular bounties. Infamous bounties are also more interesting, more profitable than regular bounties but less than legendary ones.

There are a few intro missions you need to complete beforehand.

The icons should be justice scales, if I'm not mistaken.

Once you complete those, you'll gain access to a branch of missions based on your honor level.

Switching honor levels automatically unlocks the other branch of missions.

You can change your character's appearance once for free.

Keep in mind though, changing genders will reset your progress.
