You can carry two secondary weapons by just buying two, like rifles, repeaters, bows or shotguns. Don't need to buy anything specifically to carry them
You however need a second holster to carry another primary weapon like a 2nd revolver, pistol or off hand shotgun

he got banned after 1 hour

I got a slap on the wrist. I sold a bunch of legendary panther pelts that a modder dropped for me

They took the money back the next morning when i logged back in
