Being shot at by players is a risk that comes with doing anything though. Don't let it distract you from doing the content. Like I said, I rarely get attacked during bounties.

You can enable defensive mode while doing bounties as well

Actually roles are pretty easy to get so you want to start with bounty hunter because it gives the most gold for easy missions and you can get gold for bounty hunting by doing the treasure maps that you get just for leveling up I recommend doing bounties with a friend or whatever and you will still get gold you don't need a license to participate in bounty hunting just to start them up at wanted posters

But RDO feels as if they dont purposely enable the griefers since even the guns you start with are still able to kill dudes in 1 hit if you have good aim. At least most of the griefers Ive seen early on it felt like I wasnt actively screwed for now having some better guns than they did or some tank type shit or whatever
