Short Game is the opposite; it deals more damage when you're close, but less damage when you're far away. And you have to be really close for the bonus to activate, from what I understand

It isn't worth it imo. The bonus only activates at short range + decreases the amount of damage you deal from longer ranges, which ultimately puts one at a disadvantage because you aren't always going to be able to get up close with your opponent

some of the braver horses allow you to get close but even then the difference is unnoticeable from normal horses, and nothing can be that close

You should instead reconsider your method of hunting to go for rifle range

or a gunfight for that matter

even a turkoman ran away when someone shot at its direction

Any time you have instanced missions, the amount you get paid is based on how long you take to beat it. Longer you take bigger the payment. Also Blood Money Opportunities are special - you get a lot more money by listening to conversations and looking for notes - which gives you location of hidden treasure chest with expensive items you can sell to fence.

So beating instanced missions like Legendary Bounties + Blood money Opportunities - really quickly is generally a bad idea. Take your time and loot the mission

Doesn't work well on Flying - because arrows track to location fired, but enemies can move by the time the arrow reaches.

So you have to either use it at short distance, or use Varmit rifle

You can, Small Carcass goes into your bag. Such as Bats \ Squirrels \ Chipmunk etc. and each small carcass can be stacked 10 time based on Quality. So you can literally have 30 squirels in your bag. So you donate all 20 at same time not one at a time
