Go to M in saint Denis. Do his mission, do blood money missions to earn capitale. Use Youtube CApitale Locations in Blood Money to find where capitale is hidden in each mission. the best method is to accept a mission ($$$ preferred) and set a timer on your phone for 12 minutes. hang out by the poster for about a quarter to half of the time, then complete the bounty. turn it in once the timer hits 12 minutes. this will ensure that you are reaching the most efficient xp/cash/gold payout. if you're just grinding gold, do this on repeat.
if you also care about xp/cash, you can also do a legendary bounty with a similar strategy - set a timer for 30 minutes once you can move your character in the mission. once the timer hits 30, turn in the bounty. then do regular bounties for 12 minutes each, during the legendary mission cool down (48 mins).
