selecting a location will cost 25 gold bars which will unlock the role

I caught a player bounty earlier and the player was salty at first. (Rank 170 ish me at rank 91). $11 worth. Afterwards they hunt me down, kill me once, then i kill them about 10 times in a row. Then they relented. Saying they were annoyed as they had that $11 bounty for a month or so. I never take bounties personally. I just accept all player bounties i can. They're fun.
