It’s not possible, moving it back and forth won’t change its previous location. The best but inconvenient way is to switch sessions until the location suits your taste. There are spots designed for camps, camp isn’t placed randomly.

Depends on what you are looking for, top tier mustangs are one of the best horses imo, they can peak top stamina and health bars oncw level 4 bond is reached, turkomans can also hit max health bar at 4 bonding but not stamina, they both also have really good stats.

arabians are very fast but they are skittish and will buck you off easily as compared to other breeds

and if you have the nocagdoches saddle and hooded stirrups you can match their speed and acceleration easily with other horse breeds
