you go to a gun store and browse the off hand holsters. Pick any you like, instead of pressing buy, you can say 'use offer' or something alike. That's how you get it for free.

That is not true.
The bounty rewards will increase every 3 minutes, up to a total of 12 or 15 minutes and thats the cap of rewards for a bounty missions.
I find doing 12 minutes bounties and continuing to do so, gives the best value for your time,
But in theory, you can set at timer once you accepted the bounty boards poster at 15 minutes.
Go level up your collectors role for 5-10 minutes, and then seek out the bounty and deliver him.
That way you'll maximize your time and money per minute 🙂
Same goes for missions like stranger and blood money missions.

I wondered: Can you play bounty missions more stealthy than: Shoot one guy down, sneak around, punch the target KO and then pick your target up and run through a bullet hell because all enemies are telepathically linked?

So its hard but after you get too close they'll run away and then all you have to do is chase them and catch them
Good way to do it without firing a single shot
But not all bounties run away though
Only "stealthy" way to capture a bounty that comes to mind

what i meant with shot down is bow and arrow, so actually silent. Noone notices me so far. I bring the corpse to a remote place, hide for a while, sneak up on the target and make sure to knock them out from fast enough before they can scream. No reaction from bandits so far. But as soon as i pick up the target, all bandits in the area feel the sudden urge to kill someone they couldn't see, hear, perhaps not even smell. I don't have a feeling I do something wrong, maybe I do, so what're you guy's experiences on this?

I think I haven't even used the coupon yet but personally I'd choose either volcanic pistol, pump action shotgun or bolt action rifle (might have written some of those wrong)
Atleast those are the 3 weapons i use the most, varmint rifle is essential later on for naturalist and collector stuff but its so cheap that i'd just purchase it
