It is quite literally built as a way to sell mediocre content for an inflated price by shoving maybe 1 semi-decent item in, filling the rest with crap you'll never use, and calling it "value", all for something that you have to both pay an overpriced pricetag for as well as jump through hoops in an allotted time frame FOR THE STUFF YOU ALREADY PAID FOR.
