I'd start recording then. If you have a Nvidia card use shadowplay. Or download something like Medal.
If they'll take video as proof then I'd use that, as annoying as it is. Maybe mark down timestamps too.
Medal lets you record 15-120 second clips (I think more now actually), so you could use that, do the bounty, then record the clip if you get no money.
Just keep Medal running (if you decide to use it) and press whatever hotkey whenever you're doing posse bounties

Nah, as soon as the cutscene ends, start the timer. After the pre-rendered cutscene ends, introducing the bounty, and before the in-game cutscene just before you take control

If you're able to do 3 legendary bounties (I don't remember what level they become available) you can buy the bounty expansion for 10g, so you're getting both bounty + prestigious bounty for 15g, when both are 30g normally.

I had collector before moonshiner and kind of ignored it for a bit (but this was when collector first came out), but when I started collecting before the big nerf, I'd be making easy tens of thousands. So it depends - do you want to make money quickly and then pursue moonshiner? or do bounty hunting while cooking up money with moonshine (which isn't that bad of an amount of money)
