The letter is just for know what the weekly collection collectibles is. That means you can't open it in your hand like a normal letter and read it physical. After picking up the letter, it will be the first set in your collector's bag (and show how many days it's left) To get to your collector bag, you must open your items wheel (right next to weapon wheel) and just scroll through the items like camera, metal detector, animal field guide etc. You can also pin the collection so that (and future weekly collections) easily can be found in the player menu.

You're pretty lucky if that's the case. I've been playing online since the day of launch back in beta. Owned many horses, sometimes rebuying them or a different coat. 'N the bravery was always different.

My arabian Shadow, never threw me unless it was a cougar or a panther. Bears, wolves, snakes, etc he was absolutely perfect around. Every single time. My friend had the white one (bought and bonded at the same time) and she was extremely skittish and was sold a day later.

i had the same kind of experience where i felt like one horse is more skittish than another but if you take that white arabian and your black arabian and approach an alligator at the same speed, when they’re fully fed, brushed and they’re calm. both horses will buck you off at the same time

That's based on how hard the bounty is (how many stars) if you mean in free roam. Everything from 0.10 gold nuggets to 0.30. And if you wait until the last 30 seconds.
