Either. It truly doesn't matter what saddle you use. I have the panther saddle on my tobiano paint and a beaver saddle on my criollo. Rank 4 bonding and you don't notice much of a difference. Just get the saddle you want. I even own the "shitty" saddles. Throw on hooded stirrups and you're good to go.
