Gold is given in "nuggets", so a bounty will give you between 0.08 and 0.32 usually so it'll take several bounties. Dailies give a bit too and increase every 7 days, as long as you complete one daily per day

You don't need to change your social club name, just find a new session. If he was modding, mod tools show your account ID anyway, which is a static number and doesn't change when you change your RSC name, so that doesn't really matter.

Not really, you're going to hunt as a source of income anyways. Trader acts as a passive income as well as moonshiner. Neither role require much effort beyond set up and together provide an ample amount of $RDO to make your cowboy/girl/person look snazzy.

I find myself doing Naturalist the least. Though I can't tell if it's because I'm not personally interested or if I'm just in a slump after maxing out trader, moonshiner, and collector.

make sure you equip it with a saddle first, otherwise the game will not allow you to change it to your default.

selecting a saddle alone will not do, you have to make sure you press the dedicated equip button via the context menu after selecting your saddle.

yep, they reset every day and usually move onto a different location cycle

for one day

if you've killed another legendary freeroam animal don't bother searching for the same species of freeroam for 72 hours

there's a 72 hour cooldown between it
