i can't install the game through steam, when i go to download it, it only downloads a 600 byte file giving the steam missing executable error
i've tried clearing the steam download cache, verifying the game files, repairing the steam library folder, uninstalling and reinstalling but none of this worked
i've also tried deleting the only file it downloads and trying to verify files as someone said in a steam forum post, but not even this worked so far

Bounties are easy and good methods of early money making
Trading is prefect for any rank money making. It also involves you hunting so you are basically multitasking XP

But if you are not into combat (yet), try out the collector role, it is pretty relaxed

The best allround is the Nacogdoches

If you pair Nacogdoches with good stirrups, your horse can go on forever

I like the online so far, haven't played the single player at all. I'm about 30 hours in, just got my bounty hunters license and some nice gear. just find some high level people to team up with, loads of people run missions where you can make a pretty score for doing not much more than playing body guard.

Arabians generally excel however are jumpy, Turkoman are a solid choice for endgame content due to the health and quite literally not being jumpy whatsoever so you could excel in combat on horseback, fox trotter is considered decent too for well balance I suppose? there's also the hidden stats to take into account

There's free roam legendary animals, accessible to everyone, with a chance to spawn if you're there at the right time of day and when the weather is appropriate, but there's also guaranteed missions that are randomized every 45 minutes or so, you'll unlock one mission with a cooldown at level 5 at Harriet, which is similar to a legendary bounty. At Level 15 or so I think you get to do two missions. You can just hunt them, skin them, and use said pelt for the trader business. There won't be any rival players in those missions either.
