It was in a stranger mission. You had to repossess a boat from some smugglers as one of the first missions you're given from a stranger, but the smugglers were unarmed and it was a mission objective not to kill them. But I killed them and then noticed the last one was waving a lasso. I let him lasso me to see what happens and he literally walks up and hogties you then kicks the shit out of you. If you don't have a full health core or alternatively good mashing skills you die 😂 especially if you get hogtied with most of them alive

-You cant collect the same item from the same place until the cycles reset

-Some wildflowers are only night time (agarita, blood flower)

-If you're sure it should appear left click the icon and there should be a video option on the blue text, watch the video to find the exact location

-To my knowledge there is no flower that is located underground or on a mountain etc. If you're looking that far then just look on simple ground
